Has anyone ever had a "dirty spark" situation at completely random times?
Situation: I've pretty much got the issue narrowed down to something with the spark. Having an aftermarket turbo set up I though it was something fuel related but it's not. Started out having an exhaust tone change. I got this rzr with the turbo already on it. The plugs were gapped at .020, understandably because of risk of blowing the spark out. Doesn't seem to loose any power judging by the "butt dyno". Without making this a drawn out story with all my notes, its gotta be something with the coil or plug wires. When it happens it runs super rich according to my AFR. When it clears up AFR readings are great. I installed brand new plugs in it just before our trip today and I still had the random Intermittent issue. So if I end up changing plug wires and coil pack, what does everyone suggest on brands? Entertaining any and all comments.
