Ok.. I did do some research on the forums. I did read about the plastic cage in the front diff and changing the fluid. My problem is a little different and before I get too involved I want to make sure it's not something a lot more simple with the electrical.
I just bought a 2011 Polaris 800s and I found out that my front diff is always engaged. I I can't find any light on the council that tells me that it is engaged but driving it and jacking it up I realized all four wheels are always spinning. I couldn't find anything on the fact that the light doesn't turn on or off on the cluster. Was there a light in the cluster to tell you its engaged?? Is this a fuse problem? electrical?.
I'm not super handy working on these things but I am also lacking the funds to take it to a shop. I'm going to try to borrow an OHM meter today and check a few things with the switches any help would be appreciated.
