2012 rzr 800 clutching help

Okay so its starting to warm up again and we are getting our machines ready for spring.

I will try to keep this short and sweet, but hoping to give enough info that someone can help me determine what the issue is.

I purchased a used 2012 800 last summer, it has 30" moto monsters, outkast lift and S conversion done to it. I knew it most likely needed a clutch kit because of the 30" tires. It was always a dog on the low end.

I took it to a reputable shop and had them install an EPI mudder clutch kit. They called to tell me my primary was missing a chunk out of it. We bought a good used primary, installed the clutch kit. Took it on a few rides and noticed an immediate difference. Third trip out motor slung a rod. Upon tearing it down it looked like someone had sunk it, both rods were obviously bent.

I bought a used motor and rebuilt it with new crankshaft, bearings, rings camshaft, lifters etc.

Got it back together a few months ago and now am noticing it bounces off the rev limiter in high and low. If you get on it from a stand still it will bounce 3-4 times if I do not feather the pedal. I contacted EPI, they told me it has the correct weights and springs, the tech said he had never heard of one bouncing off the rev limiter with 30's.

I do know it runs much better with the freshly rebuilt motor, Im wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this. Im hoping I dont have to buy a new primary, but my gut is telling me if the techs at EPI are accurate then thats really the only logic. I do know the clutch was used and there is a little wear from the clutch buttons. Nothing major but enough it has me leaning towards that.

The last thing to add is, the wife just left me a few weeks ago, so money is a bit of an issue. Trying to get back on my feet and dont really want to dump another $300+ in a primary clutch. I just want to get it sorted out so I can go ride and get some much needed stress relief.
