Used 2014 800s

Hi Everyone, new to the forum here.

I have read a lot about what to look for when buying a used RZR, dust past filter, ball joints, etc. but still have a few of questions.

I have the chance to buy a 2014 used RZR 800s here in Georgia for $7500. I haven't had a chance to look at it as it is 2 hours away, but will be driving over Saturday to take a look.

The seller seems to be a flipper, as he has 5-6 units for sale, but isn't a dealer. Also says he takes trades on atv, SxS, etc.

Details of machine:
2014 800s with EPS and fox shocks
180 hours 1980 miles
Needs new tires
doors, top, harnesses and windshield installed.
Does not have service records or title (was told Georgia is not a title state., but will this hurt resale?)
He says oil looks good, runs great, but has been ridden... hint the miles.

Can i write a clause that gives me some time to have a dealer check it out? Compression and such? Is this a good price point to take a small gamble?

What should i expect to do when I buy it as far as preventative maintenance etc?

EDIT: I know of the pinion nut issue, so i know that will need to be addressed in less it has been on the later models.
