My 2011 rzr 800s fan wont come on. So I checked power at the relay and I have power there but no ground on the other side of the relay coil. So I put a jumper to the frame on that side of the relay and the fan starts but now I get a code 1071 4. I already moved the breaker under the drivers seat sense I thought that was the initial problem. Between the coil wires on the relay I only get 10.9v but when I put the meter lead to batttery ground I get 14v to the one side of the coil.
