Suspension or frame problems

We got a 2009 rzr 800, when we bought it we knew the previous owner had hit something on the front right (plastic damaged) and it appeared like the right rear of the cage was being pushed into the bed causing some plastic damage there also, so I assumed there was a twist or bend in the frame.
So we decided to tear it all down, and are
Going to basically rebuild it.
Here's my confusion, once all the plastic and cage was taken off at first glance it appeared like the front end was shifted to the left 2-3 inches. I pulled it out of the shop this morning and it didn't appear as bad, what I did notice was that the right rear tire was toed in really badly,(yes I know the difference between toe and camber).
So my question or where I'm not sure what the issue is, will that still be a frame problem, or am I looking at more of bushings or bent control arms?
I'm not noticing any major bends in the frame rails or the control arms. There is some play at the bushings, but I don't believe enough to cause a 2" toe in on just one corner, maybe I'm wrong.
It was planned to go to a frame shop Monday but if it's not going to end up being the frame, does it need too, or should I just start there and see if that straightens it out some?
I'm confused
